Children’s Activities While We’re at Home

Parents, we get it. While COVID-19 has us away from school and our typical after-school activities, our kids might get a little stir crazy. So, we wanted to share some activity ideas for children and parents to share together while everyone is home.

Prayer ABC’s

This is a great expression of helping your kids learn how to pray. Each day, draw a new letter from a bucket and engage with your kids in praying for something or someone that starts with that letter. We love the ownership of prayer that this offers to them.

Story Cubes

Have fun telling stories with your family. Just fill out the template with ideas (Biblical or about stuff around the house), build ‘em, roll the cubes, and have fun exploring all the ways you can tell the story in front of you.
